1. Making an order
User can make an order through our website, selecting from any article’s file the size and units wanted (in case they are available) and adding them to the cart.
Next, the purchase list must be checked and, in case of agreement, the order can be executed clicking on “finish order”. At that moment information will be asked in order to proceed to payment and for shipping purposes.
Prices, product description and general shopping conditions must be accepted. Any conflict regarding this last point will be resolved with the option of a possible change and the guarantee applications mentioned below. In case the product is not available, m&h will inform the customer in the shortest period of time.
2. The delivery
The order will be delivered at the address indicated by the user when making the purchase, or in our store located at 39 Castelló Street, Madrid 28001 (Spain)
In case of absence at the delivery address the company hired for the delivery will make a second attempt. In case of repeated absence, the company will leave a notification so the customer can pick up the order. When the maximum storage time is expired, the order will be returned to m&h. Orders cannot be delivered in a post office box.
3. Payment methods

All our website prices include VAT. The currency used in our prices is Euro. Any modification of VAT will be reflected on the products prices. Prices applied will be the current ones at the moment of payment.
5. Return Policy
All articles commercialized through www.myhbaby.com website can be returned due to different reasons: not correct size or colour, defective garments or any other reason. Customer must keep the original packaging and proceed according to the established Law 7/1996 regarding Retail Commerce, that establish 30 days (including weekends and bank holidays) for returning the merchandise from the date of receiving the order.
6. How to return an item
Customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following: order number and the intention to return the item. You can also return items in any of our m&h physical stores.
If you want to return an article in one of our physical stores, please take into account that we don't make refunds. You have the option of changing the article for another one or for a voucher of the same value (the voucher has no expiring date).
The email must specify the order number and the exact articles you wish to return. Devolutions that have not been previously communicated by email will not be accepted.
Customers take charge of the cost of delivery.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will proceed with the refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
If any order is returned after 1 month, we send a voucher with with the amount to be deducted for a next purchase (the voucher has no expiring date).
In case the customer wants another size or colour of the item, must proceed again in mhbaby.com with a new purchase.
www.m&hbaby.com will not accept change or return of any damaged, used, without the original packaging or internal label item

7. Return of items incorrectly sent or damaged on origin
In case of error in the article received or receiving a defective garment, the cost of the delivery will be in charge of www.myhbaby.com. It is indispensable to include the purchase receipt into the packaging, the original box and the internal label.
Once we receive the return and check the error in the garment delivered or any fault in the quality, we will proceed with the refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
m&h is exempted of any responsibility regarding Internet related inconveniences or damages. Some of the examples of this case can be service break, external intrusion or presence of virus, or any fact described as force majeure by jurisprudence
